3. Sources and categories of personal data processed
- The Controller processes the personal data that you have provided to him or personal data that the controller has obtained on the basis of the fulfilment of your order.

4. Legal reason and purpose of the processing of personal data
- The legal reason for the processing of personal data is
– the performance of the contract between you and the controller pursuant to Art. They shall take account of the conditions laid down in Article 1(1)(b) b) GDPR,
– the legitimate interest of the controller in the provision of direct marketing (in particular for the sending of commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Art. They shall take account of the conditions laid down in Article 1(1)(b) f) GDPR,
– Your consent to the processing for the purpose of providing direct marketing (in particular for the sending of commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Art. They shall take account of the conditions laid down in Article 1(1)(b) a) GDPR in conjunction with § 7 para. 2 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services in the absence of an order for goods or services. - The purpose of the processing of personal data is to
– processing your order and exercising the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; when ordering, personal data are required for the successful execution of the order (name and address, contact), the provision of personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract, without the provision of personal data it is not possible to conclude the contract or perform it by the controller,
– sending business communications and doing other marketing activities. - There is no automatic individual decision-making on the part of the controller within the meaning of Article 107 tfeu. 22 GDPR.
5. Retention period
- The controller stores personal data
- for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the administrator and the exercise of claims arising from these contractual relations (for 15 years from the termination of the contractual relationship).
- for a maximum period of time until consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is withdrawn, for a maximum of 10 years, if the personal data are processed on the basis of consent.
- Upon expiry of the retention period of personal data, the controller erases the personal data.
6. Recipients of personal data (subcontractors of the controller)
The recipients of personal data are
- involved in the supply of goods, services and the execution of payments under a contract,
- providing e-shop services and other services in connection with the operation of the e-shop,
- marketing services.
- providing accounting services
The controller intends to pass on personal data to a third country (to a non-EU country) or to an international organisation. Recipients of personal data in third countries are providers of mailing and cloud services.
7. Your rights
Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you
- the right of access to their personal data pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR,
- the right to rectify personal data pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR, or restriction of processing pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR.
- the right to erasure of personal data pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR.
- the right to object to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR and
- the right to data portability pursuant to Article 10(1) of Directive 91/414/EEC; 20 GDPR.
- the right to withdraw consent to the processing in writing or electronically to the address or e-mail of the controller referred to in Article 10; III of these conditions.
- Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your right to personal data has been violated.
8. Privacy Policy
The Controller declares that he has taken all appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure personal data.
The controller has taken technical measures to secure data stores and personal data repositories in paper form.
The Controller declares that only the persons authorised by him have access to personal data.
9. Final provisions
By submitting your order from the internet order form, you confirm that you are familiar with the privacy policy and that you accept it in its entirety.
